Founded and managed by Alisa Shepherd in 2002, The Paper Predator by DDC of Kentucky was created so that Alisa could work for herself by providing people with the shredding services that they need. The job gave her the flexibility to manage her own time and work with her father in law, who helped her build the company’s first truck.

To maintain the security of our company, we conduct extensive screenings and background checks for all of our employees. We also carry out random drug tests.
